ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY
India Bazaar is devoted to 100% customer satisfaction. If any item you receive has any defects, faulty workmanship, or defect due to shipping, shop.indiabazaar.us will refund it. Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for fresh food items (such as bread, vegetables, etc). We are unable to accept any unsealed health products as returns.
If you need to return any item that meets these conditions, you must notify our Customer Call Center within 3 days of receipt of your order. Please email support@indiabazaar.us. Your inquiry will be promptly addressed within 48 hours.
Please note shipping cost is non-refundable.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all original accessories. We do not offer a refund or exchange on items such as Utensils, Vegetables, Dairy products, Carrom boards, Cookers, or Roti Makers.
Shop.indiabazaar.us return policy does not cover damage caused after an item has arrived at its destination, including spoilage, melting, or other damage. All items must be returned in their original, unopened condition. Shop.indiabazaar.us will refund shipping charges only if the return is a result of our (shop.indiabazaar.us)'s own error.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours of placing the order. While we strive to dispatch the orders the same day but sometimes it may take up to 48 hours for the order to be shipped from our distribution center due to different reasons we may be attending to the orders we received before yours, one of the items on your order must be out of stock. However, we always try to update our customers about their order status in case of further delays.
