What is the lead time on my order?

We are processing all orders within 48-72 hours of receipt.

How will I know if my order was shipped?
You will get an email with tracking info once your order is shipped.
Why don't I see so many items online?
Items that are out of stock or are beyond company guidelines for shipping are not shown online.
Do you carry all products online as in store?
We carry most of the prodcuts except for perishable items like vegetables, dairy, frozen etc
Can I edit or update my order once I placed it?
Regretfully no order can be modified once placed. 
Can I cancel the order once placed?
Orders can be cancelled anytime before we start processing it. If the order has been processed then no cancellations or refunds can be made.
I have received my shipment today but I notice some items I ordered are not in here?
If items are out of stock when we are processing your order, we process refund back to your card for those items and ship rest of the order. Please check your credit card account to confirm the credit. It may take upto 3-5 days for credit to be reflected on your account. 

What if I wish to return a product I purchased online?

In case you want to return an item you purchased from please email and a ticket will be opened for your case and a decision will be made depending on case to case basis.

When will I receive an online order I placed?

All orders placed are processed within 48 hours. While we strive to dispatch the orders the same day but sometimes it may take up to 48 hours for the order to be shipped from our distribution center due to different reasons like we may be attending to the orders we received before yours, one of the items on your order must be out of stock. We always try to keep our customers posted about their order status.

How is the Shipping calculated?

India Bazaar believes in providing its customers the best services at most reasonable price. We charge you standard shipping charges for the carrier you choose.

How do I know my card was charged?

The payment will be charged from your card only after India Bazaar’s order fulfillment team has packed your entire order and it is ready to be shipped by the shipping company.

Once you place your online order with us you will receive a notification via email about your order status.

I chose expedited shipping but it’s been few days and I haven’t received the order?

Even though our team members try their best to ship your order on time but there might be some reasons contributing to delays in shipping your order like- the order got shipped on Friday so might be delayed due to the weekend, Your order was placed on the weekend so it will be shipped on the following Monday, we may be attending to the orders we received before yours, one of the items on your order must be out of stock.  However, we always try to update our customers about their order status in case of further delays.

What do I do if my order is missing an item I ordered?

India Bazaar’s order fulfillment team is a group of highly efficient people who work diligently on your order’s completion and pack the order in a way that it reaches to you intact. Our team members always contact the customers in case an item is out of stock, so you might be able to choose another substitute available. What if one of the items I received is damaged during shipping?

All the items are packed by our order fulfillment team in a way that they are saved from any extreme damages while being shipped. Like we bubble wrap all breakable items such as products in glass containers etc. India Bazaar is not liable for any damages that are caused to the product during the shipping or after an item has arrived at its destination, including spoilage, melting or other damages.
